11 — Children's Privacy
Atherion and MecAI are professional engineering tools intended for users aged 18 and above.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, processing personal data of individuals under 18 requires verifiable parental or guardian consent — a capability we do not currently support. If you are under 18, please do not use this service or provide us with any personal information.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered or submitted data, we will delete their account and all associated data promptly. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us at info@atherion.co and we will act within 7 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
